Plearnwan is
derived from a combination of the English words 'Play and Learn', together with
a Thai word ‘Wan’ that means yesterday.

We gave it
this name because we wanted Plearnwan to be a place where everyone can play out
the lifestyle of earlier times, and in playing can learn some of the history,
ritual, culture, and arts of living of that period |

Pleanwan is
a place for playing and learning the past in order to bring it to life for new
generations
